The Chicago Chapter's annual Networking Event was held February 20, 2008 with a repeat performance at the Chopping Block at the Merchandise Mart in downtown Chicago. 25+ members and guests enjoyed an evening of Asian cuisine and a cooking demonstration of egg rolls with mustard dipping sauce as well as sampled fine wines and Asian Rice Paper Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce, Assorted Vegetable Tempura,Vegetable Pot Stickers with Soy Dipping Sauce,Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Korean Beef in Lettuce Cups, California Rolls, and Fortune Cookies. Stay tuned for the summer networking event which is sure to be a success.

Summer 2007 Networking Event

A great time was had by all at WEB Chicago's annual summer networking event which was a BBQ dinner held rooftop at the East Bank Club in downtown Chicago. The evening marked the transition of chapter presidents as Robert Bathon turned over the reins to Nate Solomon. The gloomy weather did not hold members and guests back as they mingled while enjoying cocktails, grilled chicken and burgers, gourmet salads, fresh picked corn on the cob, and ice cream treats. As illustrated on the last photo, WEB is in good hands as Robert directs the president's responsibilities over to Nate.
