Conference Registration Policies and Procedures
What's Included in Registration
Conference registration includes the Benefits Solutions Conference Notebook, all education sessions, the WEBA Luncheon, Friday Conference Luncheon, Thursday Conference Reception, and continental breakfast and breaks each day.
Conference Registration, Early-Bird Discounts and Payment
Complete the Conference Registration Form, or register online at www.webnetwork.org.
A special discounted WEB member registration fee applies. WEB members and nonmembers whose registration and payment fee is received by Tuesday, February 22, 2005 will receive a significant fee discount.
Additional registrants from the same work location receive a registration discount when registering on the same form.
Full payment must accompany all registrations. Registrations paid by check must be mailed to the address provided on the Registration Form. Credit card payments may be faxed or paid online at www.webnetwork.org.
Cancellations made on or by March 14, 2005 will require a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellations made after March 14, 2005 will require a $100 cancellation fee.

A special hotel rate is available for WEB members, sponsors, and exhibitors attending the Conference. The rate is $149 (Single/Double), plus tax. Twenty-four hour wireless Internet access is included in the rate. The rate is available to those who register by Monday, March 14, 2005. This special rate is extended to WEB members from April 11 through April 18, 2005. Space is limited, so make your reservations early.

Ground Transportation
From O'Hare Airport: Continental Airport Express Shuttle is $42 round trip. Call 773.247.1200 for reservations and report hotel destination. The "Blue EL Line" is $1.75 each way. Take the EL Line to the Transportation Building at Lake and Dearborn. Transfer and take the Brown Line to the Merchandise Mart (one stop away), and walk through the Mart into the hotel building.
