Yes, it's time to plan for 2009!
Each year Hewitt conducts an anxiously awaited employer trends survey on health care — The Road Ahead. The survey is administered late in the year and includes senior HR participants sharing their perspectives on such topics as strategy and direction, condition management, health IT, consumerism, employee behaviors, etc. The 2007 survey included 450 employers. For the 2008 survey, WEB participants will be treated to a sneak peak of the results before they've even been published. Come hear what all the buzz is about.

Communicating and Managing Change

Robin McCasland
Buck Consultants
The Only Constant In Your Organization Is Change (and if you're smart, your internal brand)

"Change management" is more than a 15-point bonus phrase in Office Buzzword Bingo. Today it's the norm, rather than the exception, in many organizations. And, keeping employees engaged is a sizeable challenge when their work environment is in a constant state of change. But when a change process is reinforced with great communication, employees are more likely to remain focused on what really needs to be accomplished. Join us at this meeting and learn techniques for influencing effective change management communication, even without the support of an HR communication expert. You’ll also learn how you can influence and sustain a winning internal brand that supports your change management initiatives.
