Houston Chapter Sponsorship Opportunities

Each month except November, the Houston chapter of WEB holds monthly meetings. At each of these meetings, WEB features speakers who are practicing state-of-the-art techniques in the benefits and human resources field. Examples of past topics include:

• COBRA Compliance
• Prescription drug costs
• Long Term Care
• Long Term Disability
• Qualified plans under EGTRA Employer-Sponsored Financial Education

This year, our schedule includes even more new and exciting benefits and HR practices. As a not-for-profit organization, WEB depends on the generosity of corporate sponsors to enable us to provide our members with quality, educational programs. By sponsoring a WEB meeting, you are not only helping local professionals keep in touch with the industry's best practices, you also have the opportunity to put your business in front of some of the top decision makers. For your $300 sponsorship, your company receives the following:

• Your name on the local mailing that goes out to over 300 Houston benefit professionals; and

At the meeting, you will receive:

• Acknowledgement and thanks before and after the program;
• Two minutes at the beginning of the meeting to promote your company;
• The opportunity to place your marketing items on the registration table; and
