A HISTORY OF MEETINGS HELD FROM OCTOBER 2006 THROUGH APRIL 2007

October 5, 2006 — Dinner Meeting
Attorney Brian Anderson with the law firm of DeWitt Ross & Stevens, S.C. will lead a discussion of the recently enacted Pension Protection Act of 2006 and its implications for plan sponsors and practitioners.

October 18, 2006 — Lunch Meeting
Mary Borland, Director of Sales & Member Services, The Alliance, will discuss the challenge of controlling health care costs and quality

November 9, 2006 — Lunch Meeting
Steve Haugen will update us on current issues with qualified retirement and welfare plans, including current or pending programs, plan audits and/or other employee benefit plan issues.

December 7, 2006 — Lunch Meeting
Judy Young, Vice President and Manager of Retirement Plan Services, with AMCORE Investment Group will lead a discussion and update on the Roth 401(k) and Auto Enrollment rules. The program will include an update on the regulations that were issued during 2006 and an open forum discussion relating to the practical applications, use of the plan features, and practical issues regarding the Roth 401(k) and Automatic Enrollment.

January 18, 2007 — Lunch Meeting
Jim Graham with RSM McGladrey, Inc. and Attorney Gisele Sutherland with M&I Trust Company, N.A. will lead a discussion of compensation-related issues with retirement plans, including an overview of the various definitions that could apply and the calculations involved for self-employed individuals (sole proprietors, partnerships and limited liability companies).

February 22, 2007 — Lunch Meeting
Attorney Todd Martin with the law firm of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. will lead a discussion on Section 409A developments, with the expectation that final regulations will be issued by this date. As you probably have heard by now, the IRS did issue Notice 2006-79 extending the 409A compliance date another year (through December 31, 2007).

March 8, 2007 — Dinner Meeting
Joan Gucciardi, MSPA, CPC, President of Gucciardi Benefit Resources, Inc., will provide an update on a retirement plan topic of interest to our group.

March, 2007 (date to be determined) — Lunch Meeting
A speaker to be announced will present an overview of Medicare Part B issues for employers.

April 18, 2007 — Lunch Meeting
Mike Honeck, Chief of the Health and Life Insurance Section for the State of Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, will provide an update on insurance-related issues for welfare plans
