ATLANTA - How AI Is Changing Benefits Administration and the Employee Experience
AI capabilities are evolving quickly across benefits technology, but understanding what these capabilities actually do and where they can add value isn't always straightforward. How is AI changing benefits administration? How is employee and benefits data being used? And what should employers understand as they evaluate these emerging capabilities?
About the Program
Join us for a panel discussion exploring how AI is being used in benefits administration today and what it means for employers and employees. This session will bring together three benefits administration providers, TELUS Health, bswift, and PlanSource, for a focused discussion on where AI stands today and where it may be headed.
Our panel will explore:
- Where AI is already being used in benefits administration and creating value
- How AI is changing the employee experience and day-to-day benefits administration
- How benefits and claims data can support more personalized employee decisions
- Privacy, security, and the importance of human oversight
- What employers should be asking their benefits technology partners about AI
- What's available today and what's still developing
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from benefits technology providers, ask questions, and gain a clearer understanding of how AI is beginning to shape the future of benefits administration.
