Lee Ann Lawson

Lee Ann has over 29 years of Human Resources leadership experience. Her career concentration has been building and leading teams for rapid and scalable growth in private, public and private equity owned organizations. Lee Ann’s career experience spans sectors in technology, biomedical technology, medical device, clean energy engineering, real estate, and financial services.
Lee Ann currently is the CHRO of InformData headquartered in Kennesaw, GA. With a primary focus on assimilating the corporate HR function, policies and procedures across multiple acquisitions through various geographies.
Lee Ann served for more than 20 years in progressive leadership roles. She’s played an integral role with executive management and the Board of Directors on a wide range of topics surrounding executive and employee compensation and benefit plans, company and HR strategy, M&A, as well as managed the execution of several major company-wide projects including, multiple HRIS implementations, performance management, employee engagement programs as well as and co-chaired the DEI council. Lee Ann also managed employee relations, legal compliance/regulations and created policies and procedures across multiple states in her various capacities.
Lee Ann earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
Apart from work, Lee Ann has been married for 32 years, has 23-year-old twins and a chihuahua, who all live in Canton, GA.
