Meet the Moderator and Panelists:


Leah Joyner, Moderator

Consultant & Founder, HCM Tech Advisory

Leah is a seasoned HR expert with over 20 years of experience in benefits design, implementation, and HR technology. As the founder of HCM Tech Advisory, she offers strategic vision and expert advice to help HR professionals navigate and master digital transformation. Leah began her career at Deloitte Consulting as an Actuarial Analyst, where she honed her skills in employee benefits design and financial forecasting. Her path into HR technology progressed at Lifeworks (TELUS Health), where she managed extensive system implementations for large-scale clients.

As Director of HRIS at Revature, Leah led the global rollout of Workday HCM, oversaw the US Health and Welfare Program, and spearheaded the company’s Wellness program. Prior to founding HCM Tech Advisory, her initiatives at OneDigital significantly enhanced customer experience and streamlined benefits administration processes.

Leah holds a BBA in Actuarial Science and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).

 
Lee Ann Lawson, Panelist

Chief Human Resources Officer at InformData

Lee Ann brings over 26 years of HR leadership experience, with a focus on building and leading teams for scalable growth in both public and private equity-backed companies. She currently serves as CHRO at InformData, where she’s focused on unifying HR functions across multiple acquisitions and geographies. Her career spans a range of industries – including technology, biomedical devices, clean energy, and real estate – and she has led initiatives across HRIS implementations, employee engagement, DEI, compensation strategy, and legal compliance.


Crystal Taylor, MBA, Panelist

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, CPM Federal Credit Union

With nearly a decade in HR and 18+ years in the credit union industry, Crystal is known for aligning people strategy with business growth. From leadership development to DEI and employee engagement, she brings a personal, people-first approach to modern HR leadership.


Toni Walton, Panelist

Director, Global Compensation & HR Operations at Avanos Medical

Toni is a dynamic HR leader with extensive experience directing global programs in complex business environments. She currently leads HR teams spanning Compensation, Payroll, HRIS, Data & Process, and the HR Service Center. With a background in finance, IT, and HR strategy, Toni brings a thoughtful, systems-oriented perspective to people leadership.
