Join us on August 20th, for our annual What Keeps HR Leaders Up at Night program, where seasoned HR leaders come together for a candid conversation about the challenges and opportunities facing today’s people leaders.
This year's panel of four will discuss challenges they are facing related to staffing, business challenges, culture, generational communications and benefit and compensation issues that likely affect all employers. The conversation will be moderated by WEB's own, Bill Rasmussen.

After spending over 4o years helping employers of all sizes navigate group health insurance and employee benefits, Bill decided to get a different perspective on healthcare, the patient perspective. In March of 2020 Bill suffered a stroke that allowed him to study and analyze the inpatient, outpatient and rehabilitation aspects of our healthcare system firsthand. Bill is happy to add his new experiences to his extensive resume. Bill spent the last 20 years serving his clients as senior leader with two national employee benefit consulting firms. Reentry he cofounded a boutique benefit consulting firm where recontinues to help employers manage their population risk across all benefits and into wellness, chronic condition management disability management, and predictive modeling through data analysis. In addition to Bill’s extensive background with large, national customers and his extensive leadership positions with several Health Plans he is an active volunteer for several charitable enterprises. |

Lori Boyce is a seasoned human resources leader with more than 18 years of experience in HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. As Head of HR for the USA and Canada at AT-PAC, Lori partners with leaders and teams to build strong people strategies, foster an engaging workplace culture, and support the organization’s continued growth. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree and Senior Certification in Human Resources. Outside of work, Lori is passionate about giving back to her community through volunteer work and enjoys staying active through tennis and pickleball, traveling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. Most importantly, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her children in their activities and adventures. |
