Helen Respass, Esq. is Senior Managing Editor of Practical Law's Commercial Transactions and Law Department Service. As part of her role, Helen creates legal know-how and supports the AI products at Thomson Reuters.

Previously, Helen served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Sojitz Corporation of America, where she handled a wide range of corporate, M&A, commercial, employment, and benefits matters and oversaw the ethics and compliance program for the Americas region. Helen also was an associate in the Executive Compensation and ERISA group at Linklaters LLP and before that an associate in both the Corporate and the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits groups at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP.

Leo Zhang is the Innovation and Integrated Solutions Go-to-Market Leader within Aon’s Health Solutions Practice. In this role, Leo is responsible for Aon Health’s new solution sales pipeline for specialty products and services, market-facing branding of new solutions, and partnering with Aon sales-oriented individuals to drive sustainable revenue growth in North America.
