About the Program

At the heart of the issue is a lack of trust and understanding of how pharmacy pricing really works.

This timely session will cut through the noise to unpack current pharmacy litigation, clarify what transparency rules do (and don’t) guarantee, and explore pricing models. Attendees will gain insights into fiduciary obligations, emerging pharmacy trends, and new therapies shaping the market—along with actionable strategies employers can take now to better manage spend.

Attendees will gain clear insights into fiduciary obligations, emerging industry shifts, and what employers can do right now to protect budgets, ensure compliance, and deliver value.
